GTAKE Communication Cards

GTAKE communication option cards (EPC-CM series) connect GTAKE GK920 / GK900 series AC drives to your PLC, motion controller or SCADA network. Plug the card into the drive's option slot to add fieldbus or industrial Ethernet control, remote start/stop, speed setpoints, parameter access and live status monitoring, without replacing the drive.

Supported protocols

• EtherCAT: EPC-CM34, dual RJ45 industrial Ethernet card
• PROFINET: EPC-CM35, dual RJ45 card for Siemens and other PROFINET networks
• CANopen: EPC-CM36 CANopen communication card
• CAN: EPC-CM32 (dual RJ45) and EPC-CM32A (3-pin terminal block)
• PROFIBUS-DP: EPC-CM37 card with DB9 connector
• Modbus-TCP: EPC-MTP-C03 and EPC-CM39, dual RJ45 Ethernet cards
• MECHATROLINK-III: EPC-CM33 dual RJ45 card

Selecting the right card

Choose the card that matches your controller's network: EtherCAT or MECHATROLINK-III for motion control, PROFINET for Siemens PLC systems, PROFIBUS-DP for existing PROFIBUS plants, CANopen or CAN for machine-level networks, and Modbus-TCP for general SCADA and building management integration.
