Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. Most in-stock items are picked, packed, and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.

•      Orders placed before 12:00 on a business day are typically processed the same day.

•      Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed on the next business day.

•      Special-order, built-to-spec, or backordered items (e.g. specific voltage/phase configurations) may carry a longer lead time — you will be notified by email or phone before dispatch if this applies.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order. A summary of typical delivery windows is below.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier capacity, weather, load-shedding-related disruptions, or remote/rural addresses.

Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy. On dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order's progress directly with the courier.

•      Someone must be available to sign for the delivery at the address provided.

•      Please ensure your delivery address, contact number, and any site access instructions (e.g. security gate, loading bay) are accurate at checkout — incorrect details may delay delivery or incur redelivery fees.

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. Delivery to outlying, rural, or farm-line addresses is available but may take longer and may carry an additional courier surcharge, calculated at checkout.

For international or cross-border orders (e.g. Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, eSwatini), please contact us directly for a freight quote before placing your order.

Certain products in our range — including Verdes industrial compressors and other bulky or palletised equipment — are shipped via freight rather than standard courier. For these items:

•      Shipping cost is quoted individually based on weight, dimensions, packaging, and delivery location.

•      Delivery is typically kerbside/ground-floor unless prior arrangements for site access, offloading equipment, or installation have been made.

•      Lead times are longer than standard parcels — typically 5–10 business days — and will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your courier tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real time.

Please inspect your delivery on arrival where possible.

•      If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.

•      If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will trace the shipment with the courier on your behalf.

•      If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us before returning it so we can arrange the correct product and, where needed, a collection of the incorrect item.

Local collection from our warehouse may be available on request for certain orders. If you would prefer to collect rather than have your order shipped, please select this option at checkout or contact us directly to arrange a collection time.
